My name is Michelle Diaz.
I am a 19 year old student/barista/sales assistant from Melbourne, Australia.
Many of my life’s best moments and blessings have been result of global travel which has enriched me with cultural experience and appreciation, especially in terms of cuisine. With travel and food being my two passions, I felt the need to create a platform to share my recommendations and help others create memories that satisfy both their hearts and their stomachs.
My travel experience has led me on both solo and shared adventures all over the globe, from the vibrant streets of Colombia, to the peak of the Eiffel Tower, the bustling Sichuan Province and many many more in between. With five out of seven continents conquered, my knowledge of the locals and the way they live and eat is second to none! Delicacies I have tried, unique to each location has shaped me in a way that nothing besides food can truly do- both literally and metaphorically!
